Our team is made up of experienced professionals with contract administration, quantity surveying and commercial management experience with over 25 years experience working for mainly Tier 1 contractors our team know the areas subcontractors need support in to maximise their financial recovery and minimise their risk on subcontract works. 

Our founder has considerable commercial management and quantity surveying experience and over the years has seen too many occasions to remember where subcontractors have either signed up to unnecessary risk or left money on the table that they have enitlement to and the establishment of Swift has now turned the tables meaning we can focus on fixing these issues for you.

Our team has many years experience working a wide variety of projects ranging from small maintenance contracts to multi million pound construction projects so we have expertise in dealing with issues no matter the size.

Having worked with numerous subcontractors both whilst working for main contractors and also assisting subcontractors directly. • Is this expensive? Can I afford it?  -  Our fees are typically a fraction of what you save or recover – an investment that pays for itself. We can also tailor our fees to suit your business size and specific requirements. Our pricing is also on a fixed fee per service or fixed recurring (weekly/monthly) for ongoing support, we do not charge by the hour so you have confidence in the final cost before committing.
• Will you actually help or just advise? - We offer services that range from ad hoc support as you need to full turnkey services where we can take on the the whole commercial burden on your project or for your business.
